What does a Journey session look like?
Each Journey session provides a safe space for your innate body wisdom to guide us on a journey of self-discovery. By turning the spotlight inward, we address emotional inner issues, embrace forgiveness, and ultimately set ourselves free.
How do we do this? The Journey Method is like a closed eyes guided meditation. I hold the space for you to go internally, discover what your inner wisdom is leading you to be healed. We explore the memory or images that come up and using elegant tools we clear away the unhealthy beliefs and hooks that keep you stuck and then finally coming to forgiveness we complete the process.
Sessions typically last up to 2 hours. If it extends beyond this timeframe, rest assured—the cost is capped at 2 hours.

A brief word about forgiveness. Often people believe we need to forgive the behaviour of the person who hurt us. In the Journey Method this is NOT the case. We do NOT forgive their behaviour, we forgive the light that is inside that person, no matter how hidden.
This forgiveness releases YOU from the situation. It frees YOU from being hooked by their behaviour and aids YOU to step into living your best life.
