Life can be unpredictable, throwing curveballs when we least expect them. During these times, having someone neutral to talk to can make all the difference. At Deepening Relationships, I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing space where you can explore life's challenges and find greater peace, well-being, and clarity.

Our sessions are designed to help you gain personal insight, clear away behaviors or beliefs that hinder your relationships, and build resilience by acknowledging your strengths and skills. Together, we'll work towards creating the fulfilling and rewarding life you desire.

What happens during a session?

My extensive experience allows me to tailor unique  and deeply explorative work that encourages you to explore who you are and what your needs are from a depth driven by you.

During our sessions, we might:

  • Get to know your strengths and unique talents

  • Enhance your self-care practices to buffer against stress

  • Find ways to feel more playful and creative

  • Brainstorm plans for the future and setting goals

  • Understand how your past has shaped your present

  • Explore the role of spirituality in your life

  • Unpack and expand your sense of identity

  • Unpack patterns in your thinking or behavior that hinder your flourishing

  • Dig deeper into fears, barriers, and patterns that might be holding you back

Or perhaps you're seeking a space entirely devoted to you, where you can reflect and explore what's happening in your life.

What issues can we address?

There are a wide range of issues that we can explore including depression; anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias/fears; trauma, complex trauma, vicarious trauma, or abuse; domestic & family violence; relationship difficulties; difficulties with self-esteem/self-worth; anger & emotional regulation challenges; communication and assertiveness issues & post-traumatic stress.

We can also look at life challenges involving study/ professional/ career related issues including burnout; life transitions - separation, divorce, job loss, empty nesters; stresses of being a Carer; stress Management; those impacted by suicide; parenting or co-parenting challenges; spirituality/faith issues; grief, loss, or bereavement, personal growth and wellbeing and other Issues.
